Peg Windisch is a mother, teacher, author, public speaker, and Child Behavior Coach whose mission is to inspire adults and children to embrace the possibility that their family could become a powerful team. To achieve this vision she founded a non-profit agency called We Are Coaches in 1996.

Founder: As the Executive Director of We Are Coaches, the Board of Directors, and teacher alliance bring various parenting programs to communities throughout San Diego. The goals of the programs are that all family members learn skills, knowledge, and consciousness regarding family cooperation, respect, and team-building.

Parenting Classes & Parenting Coaching: Windisch is the founder of the Raising Respectful Children Program, a program for parents and children. In the past thirteen years she has personally taught over 1300 parents the extended parenting courses. Since 2004, she has focused more on In-home Parenting Support and Coaching Parents over the phone. (Parenting Teleconferencing)

Teacher’s Trainings & Seminars: Windisch has conducted hundreds of corporate seminars and school seminars training both teachers and parents in San Diego and nationally. She has trained and certified numerous teachers to become Parent Educators likewise.

School Enrichment: Ten years ago she founded the Super Friends Team™, a social skills program whereby children learn friendship and leadership skills. Windisch and her team of teachers offer Super Friends Team™ as an after-school enrichment program. Windisch has personally presented this program to over 500 children.
We Are Coaches, Inc. also offers after-school programs teaching arts, crafts, and Jewlery-Making skills through Cardiff, Encinitas, and Carlsbad schools.

Camps: For eight years Windisch has been a founder/director of the
Aqua-Adventures Beach & Surf Camp, a summer camp that teaches beach & surf skills while we promote character-building & environmental awareness. The summer of 2006, 125 families participated in We Are Coaches, Inc. camps throughout North County Beaches.

Mommy & Me: For four years, Windisch has taught Mommy & Me programs. Her locations have been Santa Fe Montessori, Central Montessori, and Horizon Christian Fellowship in North County, and The Ranch Group.

Author on Parenting: In 2004, Windisch began authoring an innovative parenting resource in partnership with KidCite, Inc. This resource on practical consequences for kids behavior will be come to market in the spring of 2007.
